How to register a claim ?


The customer can register a claim about a Tunisair flight by writing to: customercare@tunisair.com.tn or Tunisair Headquarters, Customer Relations Division, Charguia II 1987, 2035 Tunis Carthage, Tunis.

How to submit a claim ?

  • The claim must be submitted within 30 days following the flight.
  • We will require a few details from you to process your claim, please make sure you have the following details to hand : Your Tickets, Itinerary and Confirmation Invoice
  • If the flight has been organized by a travel agency or a TO, you must submit your claim to them.

Dear customer, if you have a specific request (changing reservation, lost ticket, special request, …), please contact us as shown below :

1 - If you have lost your ticket, please go to the nearest Tunisair agency with your loss certificate ; or contact the callcenter at 81 10 77 77 or +216 70 101 300 or write to: callcenter@tunisair.com.tn

2 - If you have trouble purchasing your ticket online, you can send us an email to Resaonline@tunisair.com.tn or contact our reservation service at : +216 71 941 285.

3 - If you would like to change your travel date or ask for a special request (animals transportation, spacial meal, …), please contact the callcenter at 81 10 77 77 or +216 70 101 300 or write to callcenter@tunisair.com.tn .

4 - If you have a problem with your Fidelys card : in case you lack miles on your FFP card, change email or have lost your login/password, you can send an email to fidelys@tunisair.com.tn or call the Fidelys service at +216 70 837 100.
