We will not be able to offer the VIP Lounge service to our Business passengers and Fidelys Gold members (including their travel companion). This service will resume when the VIP Lounge reopens.
Also, services such as redeeming your Award Miles (for an Extra baggage, an Upgrade ...) are not available.
So in order to enjoy the advantages of your Fidelys status (Award Miles, Status Miles, Extra Baggage Allowance - if allowed by your fare and destination...), Tunisair invites you to:
  •  Enter your Fidelys ID while booking your flight or purchasing your ticket
  •  Present your Fidelys card or your account balance to the Check in agent.


Post Covid-19 Special Measures

Because we are aware that the coronavirus crisis has affected your Fidelys account, we have put the following special measures in place in order to play a responsible and supportive role with regard to our Classic, Silver & Gold members:
  1. We will extend the validity of your Award Miles that expired after March 1st, 2020 so you can use them until September 30th, 2020.
  2. For Silver & Gold members who would have been downgraded since March 1st, 2020, we will extend the validity of your Status until December 31st, 2020.
  3. We will revalidate your Fidelys Awards without any penalties if your flights have been or will be cancelled between March 1st and September 30th, 2020.
